Free shipping on all orders of $25.00 or higher, made within the USA, excluding Hawaii & Alaska. Please use discount code FREESHIPPING25.

For a full refund, you may return unopened and unused products purchased from The Alpha Kids website before 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Refunds will not be given to products that have been purchased longer than 30 days, are used or opened, and not returned in the same condition received. Refunds are processed after the item has been received. please allow up to 4 weeks for refunds to be made.

Damaged Items: Please email us for any damaged items brittany@thealphakids.com. We require pictures taken of the damaged product and order number. Damaged or defected items may be exchanged for a new item of the same purchase. This must be completed within 30 days of purchase.

Please note The Alpha Kids nail polishes are made out of glass and can break when dropped. Refunds and exchanges will not be given to broken bottles made during use and accidental drops. Adult supervision is required during the use of The Alpha Kids products.
